By booking a session, submitting a contact form, making a payment, or communicating with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to clients and visitors located in the United States.

1. SERVICES

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment policies, including accepted payment methods and due dates, are established by and will be clearly communicated to the client prior to booking. By completing payment, the client confirms they have reviewed and agree to the studio's payment policies as presented.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Because every product and service provided by is entirely custom — designed, created, and produced specifically for each individual client — we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances once payment has been received. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Session fees

• Digital image packages

• Print orders

• Wall art and custom portrait products

• Albums and specialty products

By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows will not be rescheduled without payment of a new session fee.

reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a complimentary reschedule will be offered at no charge to the client.

5. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE OWNERSHIP

All photographs created by are protected under United States copyright law. retains full copyright ownership of all images at all times.

Upon purchase, clients receive a limited personal-use license for purchased digital images. This license permits personal printing and sharing for non-commercial purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

• Reproduction or resale of images

• Commercial use of any kind

• Transfer of the license to any third party

• Editing, filtering, or altering images in a way that misrepresents the work

6. MODEL RELEASE & IMAGE USAGE

The use of session images for promotional, portfolio, marketing, or any other public purpose is governed solely by any written model release or permission agreement entered into between and the client. No promotional or public use of client images is assumed without explicit written consent from the client or their legal guardian.

Clients wishing to grant or restrict image usage rights should discuss this with prior to their session date.

7. MINORS & PARENTAL CONSENT

Sessions involving subjects under the age of 18 require the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By booking a session that includes a minor, the booking party confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have full legal authority to provide consent on their behalf.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time and prepared for their session

• Ensuring subjects are ready and cooperative

• Communicating any special needs, concerns, or requests in advance

is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to client lateness, lack of preparation, or uncooperative subjects. Sessions will not be extended or refunded due to these circumstances.

9. IMAGE DELIVERY

Delivery timelines vary depending on the products and services purchased. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated by at the time of ordering. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
